Summary of Profile

Ademeso, Olufemi is an intelligent, brilliant and dedicated individual. He earned a bachelor degree in Business Administration from University of Lagos, a Master of Science Degree in General Management and as well a Master of Science Degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the same University of Lagos respectively. He is a lecturer in department of Business Administration of Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, Ogun State. He was once the head of department of Business Administration Federal Polytechnic Ilaro between 2013-2017. His research interests are in General Management, Industrial Relations and Entrepreneurship. His research works have been published in a number of scholarly journals and proceedings of major national and international conferences. In addition, he has authored three local text books that were peer reviewed. He is a mentor to many.
